Music Oriented Mailing Lists

A mailing list is a cyber-community of individuals who share a fascination in the same subject area. Their inter-communications are shared only with list members. You won't believe how useful and informative these lists can be. If you have not yet tried a mailing list you might want to sample one of these.

DIRECTIONS: 1. Highlight the bold, italicized text in the text just below the name of the list. 2. Click on "EDIT", then click on "COPY." 3. Then click on the name of the mailing list. 4. A mailing form will appear with the address line already filled in...simply place your cursor in the body of the e-mail and click on "EDIT"... followed by "PASTE." 5. The necessary one or two-line line message will appear. BE SURE to change "Your Name" to your own name!! Then, 6. Click on "SEND" and you're finished! You should start receiving e-mail from the list within minutes (depending on how active the list).
