Amy Holloway
SJO TENURE: 20 YEARS
Amy is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a major in music education and a minor in theatre. She was a resident company member for four summers at Hunter Hills Theatre and was in several productions at Clarence Brown Theatre and Carousel Theatre in Knoxville. She came to Atlanta to work as the staff accompanist at the former Northside School of the Arts. She presently works for Gannett Televison and WXIA-TV (Atlanta). Amy has a clear, intimate singing style that we've loved from the first moment she sang for us. She has been an extremely valuable asset to our performances and a joy to our audiences.
Stephen Martin
As a naval officer, Stephen was the featured vocalist with the 6th Fleet Orchestra, performing all over the Mediterranean. In addition he is a principal writer and performer in the annual Georgia "Cracker Crumble" show. He enhances every SJO performance by singing the songs made famous by Sinatra, Steve Lawrence, Nat King Cole, and Bobby Darin to name just a few. He and his wife Bettyann have two sons, Rick and Dennis. Stephen is currently on medical leave from the SJO.
Ron Henderson
Ron is a professional performer whose singing career was launched in the clubs of Chicago, Minneapolis and Milwaukee. More recently he has entertained at country clubs, resorts, veteran's hospitals and senior facilities. Being visually impaired himself he inspires his audiences as well as entertains them. His smooth style is sure to grab your ear. We welcome him to the SJO!
